The eligibility criteria for CSOs contesting the elections are as follows:

| For HIV/AIDS: |
1. Primarily working in the specific sub-sector that is sought to be represented.
2. Formally registered and working in India for at least 5 years.
3. Programmatic disbursements over the last three years amounting to at least Rupees twenty five lacs per year on average with at least 50% utilized in the specific HIV/AIDS sub sector.
4.Field experience in two or more states of the country.
5. Implemented at least one government (central or state) contracted project/program.

| For TB, Malaria and Gender: |
1.Primarily working in the specific sub-sector that is sought to be represented.
2.Formally registered and working in India for at least 5 years.
3. Programmatic disbursements over the last three years amounting to at least Rupees ten lacs per year on average with at least 50% utilized in the specific sub sector.
4. Field experience in one state of the country.
5.Implemented at least one government (central or state) contracted project/program.

| For Child Development & Rights and Sexual Minorities : |
1.Primarily working in the specific sub-sector that is sought to be represented.
2.Formally registered and working in India for at least 5 years.
3.Programmatic disbursements over the last three years amounting to at least Rupees five lacs per year on average with at least 50% utilized in the specific sub sector.
4. Field experience in one state of the country.
5.Implemented at least one government (central or state) contracted project/program. |
